We are located in the TNHB Colony in Velacheri, specifically on 64th Street. Our address is No 1458, and we are quite close to the Amma Food Center. This part of Velacheri is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. We have a small office setup in an A-type house. It’s a very local feel here. Most of our customers are families from the colony who need a car for a wedding or a trip to a temple. We don’t do anything too fancy. We have a few computers and a lot of logbooks where we write down the bookings. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside while we are trying to talk to clients. It’s just a regular part of life here. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, so people know where to find us. We don’t use any complicated software or have a big call center. It’s usually just one of us answering the phone and checking if a driver is available. The heat can get pretty bad in the afternoons, so we keep the fan on high. People usually come by in the mornings or after work hours. We just focus on getting people where they need to go. There’s no big secret to it, just a lot of checking and double-checking our lists every day to make sure everything is in order.
