Sunguvar Agraharam Street is where we handle everything for the business. It is a busy spot in Chintadripet and we have been around here for quite a while now. Most days are spent working on our food business. People around here know the name Vaanga Saptutu Polam because it is just a common thing you say to friends when it is time to eat. We do not have any fancy offices or polished reception areas, just our setup near Anna Road. Most of our mornings involve sorting out orders and making sure things are moving as they should. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes with all the Chennai traffic, but that is just part of living and working in this city. We started this LLp to keep the paperwork official while we do what we know. The kitchen area gets really hot, especially in the afternoons. We spend a lot of our time checking the ingredients that come in from the local markets. Nothing is overly complicated about how we run things here. We just show up, get the cooking done, and pack everything up for the people who order from us. It is hard work but it keeps us busy through the week. Sometimes the delivery bikes struggle with the narrow lanes near the street, but we manage to get things out. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent food place in a neighborhood we know.
