We operate out of No 1 Kotten Villa, which is right on 8th Street in Tansi Nagar. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know where the Ceeder Yes Supermarket is in Velacheri. Most of the people living around the 600042 area probably pass by us once in a while. M N Foods Pvt Ltd, or Deli Express as many call it, is mostly about getting food out to people who need a quick meal. We aren't a big fancy restaurant; it’s more of a practical setup. Our kitchen is busy from early in the day, mostly with the sound of chopping and the smell of whatever is on the stove. We have a small team here, and we all do a bit of everything, from taking orders to making sure the deliveries get out on time. The street outside can get a bit narrow with cars parked everywhere, but we manage. We’ve been in Velacheri for a bit now and have seen the neighborhood grow. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients because the day was busier than we thought it would be. That’s just part of the food business. We don’t use any complicated recipes, just stuff that tastes like home. It’s a lot of hard work and standing on our feet, but we like the pace. We just focus on keeping the food fresh and the customers satisfied without making a big fuss about it.
