If you come to The Trapezium building, you’ll find us on the second floor at number 39. It’s an office space where we handle the South Asia side of things. It’s a bit more of a professional setting than a workshop, but it’s still just a place where people work. We have desks, computers, and a lot of meetings about ingredients and science-based products. We aren’t really selling things directly over a counter here. It’s more about the technical side and managing the distribution. The building itself is easy to spot. Being on the second floor means we have a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things get stressful. We have a small team that handles the paperwork and the coordination between different departments. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady work. We try to keep things organized, though papers do tend to pile up on the desks by Friday. We drink a lot of coffee and talk about the schedules. It’s a regular office life, really. We don’t have any fancy murals on the walls or anything. It’s just white walls and functional furniture. We focus on the data and the reports that need to go out. Most of the time, we’re just busy answering emails and talking to the manufacturing plants to see how things are going. It's just a lot of logistics and checking numbers to make sure everything is on track for the month. We spend most of our daylight hours right here in this office suite.
