Our office is located at C/O Mr. Arikaran at number 23 in the Kuppuswamy Naicker Colony. We are on the Railway Station Road in Alandur, Chennai-16. Being so close to the railway station means there is always the sound of trains and people rushing to catch their rides. It’s a very busy part of Alandur. The colony itself has a more local, neighborhood feel to it. Mr. Arikaran’s place is easy enough to spot once you get onto the right road. We have been using this address for Utl Technologies and it works out well for us. The streets around here can get a bit tight when two cars try to pass each other, especially near the station. It is a very lived-in area with a lot of history. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a room where we do our work and keep our files. Most of the people living in the Kuppuswamy Naicker Colony have been here for years, so it feels like a real community. We just fit in where we can. Chennai weather is always something we have to deal with, usually being very humid, so we keep the fans going. It’s a simple, functional space for our needs. We have been at this Alandur location for a while now and everyone around knows who we are.
