Our place, Bharat Electronics Ltd, is located at 9/122, Kamaraj Nagar in Ellavamalai, which is part of Erode. Being in this part of Tamilnadu means things are a bit different than the big cities like Bangalore or Delhi. It’s a bit calmer here, and we like that. Our building is just a standard structure in the neighborhood. We don’t have big signs or flashing lights out front. Most people in Kamaraj Nagar know who we are anyway. Inside, it’s all about the work. We have our tools laid out and we spend our hours putting things together or checking for faults. It gets warm during the day, so we keep the windows open. We don't follow a strict corporate handbook. We just use common sense and do what’s needed. The staff here are all local, so we speak the same language and understand the local way of doing business. There are no big promises or marketing talk. We just keep a place where electronics work gets done. It’s a practical setup and we’ve been here long enough that we don’t really think about it much. If someone needs us, they know where to find us on the street. It’s just a regular life in a regular town. We have a big tree outside that gives some shade and the local birds gather there often.
