Universal Hardware Mart

Our shop is in the Universal Building on Errabalu Street. It’s number 16, and we’ve been here for quite some time. Errabalu Street is one of those old, narrow places where there’s always something happening. You can hear the sounds of the street all day long. We sell hardware, and our shelves are pretty packed with all sorts of things people need. It’s not the most modern store you’ll ever see. The wooden counters have some scratches, and the floor is a bit worn from all the feet walking over it. We still use the post box number 1864 for our mail. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We know most of the people who come in by name. They stop by for a bit of hardware and usually stay for a quick chat about the weather or the local news. We don’t have a website that’s updated every day or anything like that. We prefer talking to people face to face. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the boxes of screws and tools, but we know where everything is kept. Even if it looks like a mess to someone else, there is a system to it. It’s just how we’ve always run the Mart. It’s a reliable little spot in a busy part of the city. We don't plan on moving or changing the way we handle our customers.
