We are located right on Nungambakkam High Road at No. 99/8. If you know Chennai, you know how busy this road gets. It’s a lot of traffic and noise all day long. Inside our office at Unicard Technologies Pvt. Ltd., things are a bit quieter, but not by much. We work with cards and different kinds of tech stuff. It’s mostly computers, printers, and a lot of plastic cards everywhere. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist greeting everyone. It’s just a functional space where we sit and get our tasks done. The tea man comes by twice a day and that’s usually when we take our only real breaks. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s an old place but it suits what we do. Sometimes the internet slows down and we all just sit around complaining until it starts working again. We aren’t a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who understand how these card systems work. People send us orders and we process them. It’s not very exciting to talk about, but it’s what we know. The location is good because it’s easy for people to find us, even if parking is a total headache. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand. Every now and then, we have to stay late to finish a big batch, but we don't mind too much because the work is steady enough.
