Our shop is located at 1 A, Ponniayaman Kovil Street in Selaiyur. It’s a quiet enough street most days, though it picks up in the evenings. We’ve been running Lakshmi Security Systems & Mobiles here for quite a while. We handle two main things: security cameras and mobile phones. It’s a bit of a mix, but it works for the people in this neighborhood. A lot of folks come in asking about cameras for their houses or just to get their phone recharged. We have a small glass counter and some stools for customers to sit on while they wait. It’s not a polished showroom, just a local spot where we get things done. We spend a lot of time on our feet, either installing a system somewhere nearby or fixing a handset. Sometimes the spare parts take a few days to arrive, and we have to explain that to the customers. We don't use any fancy sales talk. If we can fix it, we tell you. If we can't, we tell you that too. The shop is right near the temple area, so we get a lot of locals walking by. We know most of our regulars by name. It’s a family-run kind of vibe. We keep the place open pretty late most nights because that's when people are home from work and need their gadgets sorted out. We aren't trying to be the biggest in town, just the most helpful to our neighbors.
