Our office is at New No. 5, which used to be Old No. 69. We are on the 3rd Main Road in Kalaimagal Nagar, over in Ekkaduthangal. It’s a bit confusing with the old and new numbers, so we usually just tell people to look for the big tree near the corner. Ekkaduthangal is a mix of houses and small industries, so you get all kinds of people walking by. R F T Group Of Companies has a steady rhythm. We have a few different rooms here, and the furniture is a bit mismatched, gathered over the years as we needed more space. The 3rd Main Road is relatively quiet compared to the main transit lines, which is nice. We have a small courtyard area where we park the scooters. Inside, there is usually the sound of a printer going or someone talking on the landline. We don't have a big lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. We have a small fridge for our water bottles and a cupboard for our files. Sometimes the cat from next door wanders in, and we just let it sit in the corner for a while. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders, we just focus on the daily chores and getting through the list. It’s been our home for a while now, and we like the neighbors.
