Mitra Info System

Mitra Info System is located right at No. 1/963 in Kumutham Nagar, specifically on the 1st Street in Mugalivakam. If you walk down this street, you will see our small sign near the entrance. We have been working out of this space for a while, dealing with computers and all the technical stuff that comes with it. The room is usually filled with cables, old keyboards, and monitor screens that we are testing. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or trying to figure out why a piece of hardware isn't behaving. We get a lot of people from the nearby houses coming in when their internet isn't working or their laptop gets too slow to use. We don't use big words to explain things. We just tell them what needs to be fixed and how long it might take. Sometimes the rain makes the street outside a bit muddy, so we have to keep cleaning the floor inside. There is a tea shop just around the corner where we go when we need a break from the typing. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time. We just keep our heads down and handle the work as it comes in. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and the people who live nearby in Mugalivakam.
