We are over here at Anna Salai, right in the middle of Teynampet in FM House. Running Uchipuli Resorts Private Limited takes up most of our days, honestly. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. Just a bunch of us working out of room 302. Chennai is always hot and the traffic on Anna Salai can be a real headache some mornings, but we make it in. We handle the resort side of things from this office. It’s mostly paperwork, phone calls, and making sure the sites are doing what they are supposed to do. Some days are slower than others. We don't really do big advertisements or anything flashy. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they know someone who knows us. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve been at this address for a while now and the neighbors are alright. The building itself is old-school Chennai style. We usually grab tea from the stall downstairs around eleven. It's just how we do things. Nothing too complicated or stressful if we can help it. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near the stairs. It’s easy to miss if you are driving too fast. We are just local people trying to keep the resort business going without too much fuss. That is basically us in a nutshell, nothing more to it.
