Times & Times Watches

We are located at 50/13 on Brindavan Street in West Mambalam. It’s right next to the Apollo Pharmacy, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us on this busy street. Being in West Mambalam means things are always lively and there is plenty to see. Our shop, Times & Times Watches, is a small space filled with various clocks and wristwatches. We have a lot of regular customers who live just down the street. They stop by when their watch stops ticking or if they need a new strap because the old one wore out or got dirty. We keep a good stock of batteries for all kinds of devices, not just watches, so people come in for that too. The shelves are packed and maybe a little disorganized to an outsider, but we know exactly where every box is located. There’s a ceiling fan that wobbles a little, but it keeps the air moving during the hot afternoons. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or marketing. Most people find us because they were already going to the pharmacy next door or they live in the neighborhood. We open up early most days to catch the morning crowd. Sometimes the traffic on Brindavan Street is a bit much, but it eventually settles down. We like talking to the people who come in. Everyone has a story about their watch, like where they got it or who gave it to them. We just listen and do what we can to help them out. It’s a simple life running a shop like this.
