At THIEF HOTELS & RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED, we have our office at NO 50/150 on Kodambakkam High Road. It’s right near Dr MGR Salai in Nungambakkam. This part of Chennai is always moving, and it never seems to get quiet. We are in a spot where there are plenty of small tea shops and stores all around us. Our team isn't very big. We just have a few people who handle the hotel and resort business. The name is a bit unusual, we know, but it’s just what we are called. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office. It’s mostly just desks and some old filing cabinets. We spend our days making sure our properties are running right and checking in with the managers. Nungambakkam can be expensive and busy, but we keep our operations simple. We don't use a lot of corporate talk. We just speak plainly and get to the point. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We just take it as it comes.
