The Omega Travels

Our place is in the Doss Complex on Kaliamman Koil Street in Virugambakkam. We are right near the SBI Bank in Natesan Nagar. It’s a pretty busy building, and there is always someone coming or going. We have a small sign outside so people don't miss us. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a few old calendars on the wall. We spend our days looking at maps and checking prices for different trips. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. People stop by after they finish their bank work or while they are out shopping for groceries. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. There is just enough room for a few people to stand and talk to us about their travel plans. Sometimes the traffic on Kaliamman Koil Street is so loud we have to shout a bit on the phone. We’ve been here for a while and we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. We handle a lot of local trips and sometimes help people with train tickets when they are stuck. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We try to be honest about timings and costs because we live in the same neighborhood. If we make a mistake, we hear about it pretty quickly. It’s just a normal local business trying to keep things running smoothly for everyone who walks through the door. We don't use any fancy systems, just hard work.
