We handle a lot of the background work that keeps things moving in the hospitality world. Our office is just a regular place where we sit at our desks and deal with a lot of phone calls and emails. It gets pretty humid here in Chennai, so the fans are always going. We’ve been at this for a long time. It’s a lot of coordinating between different locations and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. It might sound a bit boring to some, but it’s what we do.
