Our office is up on the second floor of the Nilofer Complex at 30/58 Mannady Road. It’s a busy corner of Parrys, and the stairs up to our place are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. Thai Nadu Tours & Travels is basically just a few desks, some old computers, and a lot of passion for travel. We’ve been here in this building for some time now. We aren't a big corporation with departments and managers. It’s just us doing the work ourselves. We handle everything from local sightseeing to longer trips. The noise from Mannady Road is always there in the background, but it’s part of the charm of working in this part of Chennai. We keep things very informal here. You might find us eating lunch at our desks or chatting about the local news while we wait for a booking to go through. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what’s available and what the cost will be. There’s a lot of back-and-forth with airlines and bus operators, which keeps us busy all day. We just want to make sure the folks who come to us get where they are going without too much trouble. It’s a simple life, but we like being right here in the mix of things. We've been here for quite some time now and know the ropes.
