Tespa Tools is situated at D-105 on First Main Road in Anna Nagar East. It’s a solid location where you can see a lot of people passing by all day. Our building is easy enough to spot if you’re looking for the right number. Inside, it’s mostly shelves stacked high with various tools and hardware components. It’s a bit of a maze if you don't know where things are kept. We spend a lot of time counting stock and moving boxes around. The floor is concrete and stays cool even when it’s hot outside. We don't have any flashy signs or big displays in the window. It’s more about having what people need when they come in asking for a specific part. Sometimes it gets dusty because of the items sitting on the top racks for a long time. We just use a ladder to get them down when needed. The staff here knows the inventory pretty well, so we don't usually lose track of things. Anna Nagar East is a good place to be, and we’ve settled into a rhythm over the years. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local shop that keeps the shelves full. It’s a straightforward business and we just focus on the daily tasks. If a customer needs something we don't have, we try to figure it out by calling around or looking in the back ledger to see when it arrives.
