Our office is tucked away on Damodharan Street in T. Nagar. The address is 11-C/6. T. Nagar is usually famous for shopping and crowds, but our street is a bit different. Terex Corporation operates from here, mostly focusing on the administrative and coordination side of things. It’s a straightforward office setup. We’ve got desks, filing cabinets, and the usual gear you need to run a business. We deal with heavy machinery and industrial equipment, but you won't see any of that in the office itself. It’s mostly phone calls, emails, and dealing with logistics from this Chennai location. The building is older, which gives it a bit of character. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people who come to see us already know where we are. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we have a good understanding of how the industry works in this part of India. We aren't interested in using corporate jargon. We just try to get the orders processed and the equipment where it needs to go. Sometimes the traffic in T. Nagar makes it hard to get to work on time, but we manage. It’s a practical place to work, and we just keep things moving along day by day. We usually have the fans going full speed because of the Chennai heat. It is a quiet office where we mostly stick to our tasks and check off our lists.
