Tenure Holidays

You have to climb up to the third floor of Om Sai Plaza to find us. We are in office number 53 on Thambu Chetty Street, right here in Mannady. It’s a bit of a walk up, but we like the view of the street from up here. Being near S S Eye Hospital makes it easy for people to find the building. Tenure Holidays is basically a small team of us sitting at our desks, surrounded by files and calendars. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking up holiday spots and checking dates. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. Mannady is a busy area, and there's always noise from the street below, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't one of those big corporate travel firms with a lobby. We just have our office and our phones. Most of our day is spent talking to people about their vacation plans or sorting out the tricky details of a trip. We try to be practical about things. If a flight is delayed or a hotel is full, we just look for the next best thing. It’s honest work and we enjoy seeing people head off on their trips after we've sorted out the paperwork for them. Just a regular office in a busy part of Chennai. We just keep working away at it and trying to get things right.
