You can find us over on Madley Road in T. Nagar, right at 11A by the Royal Womens Hostel. It’s a very central part of Chennai, so it gets quite loud outside with all the people, buses, and cars going past. We’ve been running Technova Solutions from this spot for a while now. Our daily routine is mostly focused on solving technical problems for our clients. We aren’t a massive corporation with glass walls and fancy carpets; it’s a more grounded office where everyone knows each other by name. Usually, the morning starts with checking emails and seeing what tasks are the most urgent for the day. We have a mix of developers and support staff working in the same room. T. Nagar is a great place to be because everything is so close, even if finding a spot for your scooter is a nightmare sometimes. We don't go in for big meetings that last for hours and don't lead anywhere. We prefer to just talk over the desks and get things sorted quickly. Sometimes we have tea delivered from the small shop around the corner. We handle a lot of different software requests and try to make things work the way they’re supposed to. It’s just regular office life, really. We keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have in front of us. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so the air conditioning is always running as hard as it can. That’s basically how we spend our time here. We are just a local team doing our work on Madley Road.
