We don't spend money on big ads or billboards; we just rely on doing a decent job so people come back to us later. Sometimes we’re working late to hit a deadline on a Friday, and other times it’s a bit more relaxed. We don't have any formal mission statements hanging on the walls or any corporate jargon.
