Swasthik Foods

We set up Swasthik Foods right on Samayapuram Main Road in Porur. It’s a busy stretch, and the traffic can be a real pain during the rush hours, but it keeps the place feeling alive. The building itself is number 57, and we’ve lived and worked in this general area for years. Most of our day is spent handling food items and making sure everything is stored where it should be. The kitchen area gets pretty warm, especially in the afternoons, so we usually keep the back door open to get a bit of a breeze. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us making sure things run smoothly. We don't really have a fancy reception or anything like that. If you walk in, you'll probably see someone counting stock or cleaning up. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the constant movement of bags and boxes. We have an old clock on the wall that hasn't worked in months, but nobody bothers to fix it because we all use our phones anyway. Sometimes the local kids play out front in the evenings when it gets cooler. It's a decent place to work, even if it gets a bit hectic when we have a big batch of orders to get through. We just take it one day at a time here and hope the rain doesn't flood the main road like it did last year.
