You can find Suzlon Infrastructure Services Ltd. on the third floor of Wellington Plaza, which is at 90 Anna Salai. This is a very well-known part of the city, and being on Anna Salai means we are right in the heart of the business district. Our office at number 10 is where we handle a lot of the service and infrastructure planning. It’s a professional space but it definitely feels lived-in. We have rows of desks where the service teams coordinate maintenance and repairs for wind farms. There’s always a hum of activity, mostly people talking on headsets or looking at large screens with data. Since it’s Wellington Plaza, there’s a lot of coming and going in the building. We don’t have a lot of decorative stuff on the walls, just some charts and the occasional company calendar. It’s more about the work here than about looking fancy. The tea man comes around twice a day and that’s usually when everyone takes a five-minute break to catch up. We deal with a lot of logistics and technical support from this office. It’s a solid, functional place that serves its purpose. We don’t use a lot of big words or have long speeches; we just get through the task list and make sure the infrastructure is being looked after properly.
