Surana Industries

You will find Surana Industries at 199/368, sitting right on Triplicane High Road. It is a very crowded part of the city, and our building reflects that. It is an old structure with high ceilings and a lot of character, though it can get pretty dusty if we don't stay on top of it. We deal with industrial parts, mostly for machines and local workshops. Most of our customers are people we have known for years. They just stop by, tell us what they are looking for, and we see if we have it in the back. The back room is a bit of a maze with all the crates and boxes piled up. We don't have a computer system that tracks everything perfectly, so we rely a lot on our memory and some old ledgers. The fans overhead hum all day long to keep the air moving, especially when the humidity gets high. It is not the kind of place where you will find fancy displays or air conditioning. We just have what is needed to get the job done. Lunch is usually eaten right at the desk while we watch the traffic crawl by outside. It is a loud, busy environment, but we have been here so long that the silence would probably feel strange. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the orders that come in. It is an honest living that keeps our small crew employed.
