India Tours

India Tours is located at G 1 Sai Villa in Chitlapakkam. It’s part of the larger Tambaram area, which is always buzzing with people catching trains or buses. Our office is on the ground floor, which is nice because we don't have to deal with the stairs when the elevator isn't working. It feels more like a house than a workplace because it’s in a residential building. We have some maps on the wall and a few calendars that are usually a month behind. The air conditioner makes a weird humming noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. Mostly, we sit around the big wooden table in the middle of the room and talk about different routes or look at schedules. It gets a bit crowded when more than three people visit at once, but we make do with the plastic chairs we keep in the corner. Chitlapakkam is a decent place to be, though the roads get a little flooded when it pours. We usually keep an umbrella by the door just in case. There isn't a receptionist or anyone like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. We keep some biscuits in a tin for when we get hungry in the afternoon. It’s a quiet life here at Sai Villa, just handling the day-to-day things without much fuss. We like it here in this corner of Tambaram. It feels like home even when we are working.
