We are situated at No 87/11 on Narayana Mudali Street which is in the Sowcarpet area. A good way to find us is to look for the Jain Temple because we are right there near it. This part of Chennai is always full of life and the streets are very narrow. We handle travel bookings and tour arrangements for people who visit the office. Our space is not very large but it has enough room for us to manage the daily business. We spend the day talking to customers and checking on the vehicle statuses. The noise from the street is something we have gotten used to over the years. Being near the temple means there are always people around which is nice. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to work for ourselves. We don't use any complicated systems just some ledgers and a computer to keep track of things. The drivers usually park a bit further away because the street is too tight for big vehicles. We just try to make sure the timings are right for everyone. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things change at the last minute but we just deal with it as it comes. Sudharasan Tours & Travels has been a part of this street for a while now and we just keep doing our daily routine. Usually, we drink tea outside in the afternoon while waiting for the next set of customers to arrive.
