You can find Srivari Tools at No.5/1 on the 3rd Cross Street in NGO Colony, Varadapalani. It’s a quiet enough street for being in such a busy part of the city. We’ve been here at this address for quite some time. The building is a bit older, but it serves us well for what we need. We mostly deal with different kinds of tools and equipment. It’s the kind of place where you can find exactly what you’re looking for if you know your way around the shelves. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It’s more of a functional space where we keep our inventory and handle the paperwork. The people who live in the NGO Colony are good neighbors. We try not to make too much noise, though sometimes moving heavy crates can be a bit loud. We have a couple of guys who help with the loading and unloading. They’ve been with us since we started. We don’t really do any big marketing or have a website with lots of pictures. Most of our business comes from people just dropping by or calling us up because they know we are here. We just stay honest about what we have in stock. If we don’t have it, we’ll tell you. We like the simple way of doing things. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy and we like the community here in Varadapalani.
