Our location is at 19/7C on the 2nd Main Road in Ram Nagar. We are right in the heart of Nanganallur. This is where we handle all our food business on a daily basis. The space is always smelling of spices and different ingredients being prepared. We spend most of our time in the back area where the actual preparation happens. It’s a small operation, so everyone has to do a bit of everything during their shift. One minute you might be packing bags and the next you are scrubbing the counters or answering the phone. We don't have any big corporate banners or flashy signs out front. It’s just a plain front with our name on the door. We get a lot of local people coming by to see what we have fresh that day. We like the neighborhood because it’s friendly and everyone knows each other by name. Some days are very long, especially before big festivals when everyone wants their orders at the same time. We don't use a lot of fancy machines; we prefer doing things the way they’ve always been done by hand. The floor is often covered in bits of packaging or spices by the end of the day. We just sweep it all up and get ready to start again tomorrow morning. It’s hard work but we enjoy seeing people eat what we make. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, just a reliable one here.
