Our place is located over at 12 Mullai Street. It is a fairly quiet street most of the time, which makes it a nice spot to sit and work through travel schedules. We mostly spend our time helping families or groups of neighbors plan trips to different temples or visit people in other towns. It usually involves a lot of phone calls to van drivers and bus operators to see who is available. We’ve been at this address for several years now. We don't have any flashy signs or big posters in the window. The office is just a simple room with the basics we need to keep things moving. Sometimes the plans change at the last minute because someone gets sick or a road is closed, and we have to stay late to sort it all out. That’s just part of the job. Most people just want a way to travel that won’t cost them too much money. We understand that and try to find things that fit. It gets really busy during the festival months when everyone wants to head out at the same time. We don't do much marketing because people around Mullai Street already know where to find us. It’s a small, local operation, and we just focus on getting people to their destinations without too much fuss. We enjoy the work even when it gets a bit stressful with the bookings.
