Sri Kumaran Travels

At Sri Kumaran Travels, we operate out of Jai Nagar in Arumbakkam. Our office is at No 11 on the 1st Main Road. It’s really easy to find because we are directly opposite the Aavin Booth. Most people in the area stop by there for milk, so they usually see our office too. We’ve been in this spot for quite a few years now. It’s a nice residential part of Arumbakkam, so we get a lot of local families coming to us to book their trips. We aren’t one of those big corporate travel agents you see in the malls. We are just local people who know about travel and wanted to start something of our own. The office is small and simple, with just a couple of desks and some chairs. We spend most of our day on the phone or talking to people who walk in from the street. We try to be honest about prices and what people can expect when they travel. Since we are right across from the Aavin Booth, we often have people just popping in for a quick question while they are out on their morning errands. We like that kind of atmosphere. It makes the work feel more like we are helping out friends rather than just doing business. We’ve stayed here because the people in Jai Nagar have been good to us over the years. It’s a nice way to make a living and stay connected with the local neighborhood.
