We've been at F-122/3 on Sixth Street for a while now. Anna Nagar East is a pretty busy spot, and our office is tucked away here. South India Minerals Corporation deals with various raw materials from the ground, mostly stuff used in manufacturing. It's a lot of logistics and paperwork most of the time. The office is just a regular place where we get things done. People come by to talk about orders or just check on when their shipments are arriving. It’s definitely not fancy here. We handle a lot of different minerals and sometimes the logistics get a bit messy. The weather makes things slow occasionally, especially when the rains hit, but we keep at it. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at inventory sheets to see what’s in stock. Being in Chennai means the heat is always there in the office, but we are used to it by now. The street gets really crowded in the afternoons with all the local traffic. We try to be helpful when someone asks about a specific type of rock or ore. It’s a straightforward business for us. We just do our work and go home. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. We’ve seen this neighborhood change a lot over the years. New shops come and go, but South India Minerals Corporation stays right here in this corner. If you need to find us, just look for the building near the corner. We don't have a big lobby or anything.
