Soft Technologies

Our office is at No 98 on 10th Street in Kothari Nagar, which is in the Ramapuram area of Chennai. If you know Chennai, you know how the streets can get a bit narrow and confusing, but 10th street is usually okay once you find the turn-off. We’ve been here at Soft Technologies for a while, and the neighborhood feels like home now. The building is a simple one, nothing that stands out from the street, but it’s got enough room for our small crew. We mostly deal with tech stuff, so the rooms are full of monitors and tangled wires that we keep meaning to sort out. It can get pretty humid, so we usually have the AC running, which makes it the most popular spot for the staff to hang out. We don’t really have a big sign out front or a fancy entrance. It’s just a place where we come every morning to work on code and fix things that aren't working right. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a big plus in a city like this. We usually grab lunch from the small eateries around the corner. It’s a relaxed atmosphere where nobody wears a tie and we just talk about what needs to be finished by the end of the week. It is just a practical, local tech shop where things get done without any corporate fluff.
