Sn Driving School

We are located at number 10 in Madipakkam, which is in the southern part of Chennai. Our place is really easy to find because it is right near the Iyappan Temple, which is a major landmark for everyone in this neighborhood. The streets around here can get pretty tight, especially when there is a festival or a lot of people coming to pray, so we are used to a bit of a squeeze. Our office is a simple room where we keep the registers and the keys for the cars. We spend most of our time out on the roads anyway, but this is where we start and end our days. The walls have a few posters about road signs, and there is an old desk where we handle the paperwork for the licenses. It is a very local operation. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors or people from the nearby streets who want to learn how to handle the Chennai traffic. We deal with the heat and the humidity every day, and the fans in the office are almost never turned off. Sometimes the salt air from the coast makes the metal on the gates a bit rusty, but that is just how it is living in this part of the city. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know the cars and the roads well. It is a very honest, small-scale business that keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
