Smart I Communication

Smart I Communication is located right in the middle of Radio Market on Mount Road. If you’ve ever walked down Rich Street, you know how crowded it gets with all the shops and people looking for parts. We’ve been set up here for a good amount of time, surrounded by other electronics businesses. Our shop is filled with all sorts of communication gear and small components. It’s the kind of place where you have to move a box to find a chair. I spend a lot of my day talking to regular customers who are looking for specific cables or maybe a new setup for their office. The noise from the street is constant, with horns and people shouting, but it gives the place some energy. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept on the shelves. Sometimes we run out of something popular and have to wait for the delivery truck to squeeze through the narrow road. It’s a lot of manual work, unpacking crates and testing out the devices before they go out. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a practical business, and we like the fast pace of the market. There’s always something new coming in, and we just keep plugging away at it. It is just a busy life in a busy market.
