Siva Sankar

I’m Siva Sankar and my workspace is in Room No. 20 at the VRN Kamaraj Colony in Maduvankarai. It’s right in the Guindy area of Chennai. If you know Chennai, you know Guindy is always moving and shaking. My room is small and simple. It’s got everything I need and nothing I don’t. I don't believe in wasting money on fancy decorations when the work is what matters. Most of my day is spent dealing with local logistics and making sure people get what they’ve asked for. It’s a lot of running around sometimes, and other times I’m just stuck at the desk. The fan in the room makes a bit of a clicking sound, but I’ve grown used to it over the years. I’m just a regular person trying to make a go of things. I don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. People find me through word of mouth mostly. I’ve been in Kamaraj Colony for a while and people know me as Siva. I try to be fair and honest with everyone. If something goes wrong, I fix it myself. It is a one-man operation and that's how I like it. You don't get lost in a system here. You just talk to me, and we figure it out together. It’s a bit cramped in the office sometimes with all the files, but it’s my space and it works for my life.
