Siruvani Mines & Minerals is based right here on Chitlapakkam Main Road. We’re at number 155 in Shanmuga Nagar. It’s a convenient spot because we’re right on the main stretch. We’ve been involved in the mines and minerals business for a while now. It’s a lot of coordination and logistical work. We spend our days on the phone or checking through manifests. The office is small and we’ve got papers piled up on most of the desks. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. We don't put on any airs here. We're just a group of people working together to keep the business moving. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much during rush hour, but it makes it easy for people to find us. We’ve got some good connections with the sites we work with. Most of the staff has been with us for years, so we’re like a little family. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything. We just try to handle the mineral supplies as best as we can. Sometimes things get delayed at the source, and we have to figure it out. That’s just part of the job. We like being part of the Chitlapakkam community. It’s a good neighborhood to be in. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It's not always easy, but it's what we know.
