Shri Kanakka Durga Electrical Industries is situated in a building called Subhiksham. It’s number 13 on 5th Street, specifically at the 6th Cross in V.R. Puram. This is in the Chennai 600093 area. We are an electrical shop through and through. You’ll find wires, components, and tools all over the place here. It’s a bit cluttered, but that’s how we like it because everything is within reach. We aren't a big factory; we are a local industry focused on getting the electrical work right. We’ve been in V.R. Puram for quite some time now and we know most of the people on the street. Working with electricity requires focus, so we try to keep the distractions to a minimum. The building is a typical Chennai structure, and we’ve made ourselves at home on the 5th street. It’s not a corporate office with suits; it’s a place where people wear work clothes and get things done. We don't spend time on fancy speeches or mission statements. We just look at the diagrams, fix what’s broken, or build what’s needed. Sometimes the heat in Tamil Nadu makes the workshop tough to stay in, but we have our routines to keep things moving. We are just a group of people who know how to handle electrical components and simple machinery. If you come by, you’ll probably see us busy with a project.
