We are located right on South Mada Street in Thiruvanmiyur, which is usually quite a lively place because of the Marundeeswarar Temple nearby. You can hear the bells and the crowds most days from our shop at No : 54/67. Here at Selwin Security System Pvt Ltd, we mostly just deal with the hardware and the wires that come with this kind of work. The shop is filled with various boxes and tools we use every day. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for us to test out the systems before they go out. Sometimes the humidity gets to the equipment, so we have to keep the fans running all day long. Dealing with security tech isn't always exciting, it’s mostly just making sure things plug in correctly. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, so we know the local tea seller and the other shop owners on the street. It’s a busy life here in Thiruvanmiyur. The traffic can be a real pain during festival times when the temple area gets blocked off, but we manage to get our work done. We spend a lot of time just sitting at the back desk checking orders or fixing a camera that someone brought back. It’s a simple setup, really. We don’t have much in the way of fancy decorations, just the stuff we need to work.
