Our shop is right on M H Road in Perambur, very close to the Lakshmi Amman Kovil bus stop. It’s a spot where people are always rushing to catch their bus or walking home from work. We have been at number 98 for a long time. The shop is filled with mobile phones, SIM cards, and all those little things you need for a phone. Since the bus stop is right there, we get a lot of people popping in to ask questions while they wait. It’s a busy environment and it can get quite loud with the traffic outside. We don't have a lot of room, so we try to keep things organized on the shelves. It’s mostly just us standing behind the glass counters helping customers with their plans or showing them a new device. We aren't a big fancy showroom, just a regular local agency. Some days the heat is a bit much, but we have a fan that does its job. We see a lot of the same commuters every day. We know the bus schedules better than most people because of where we sit. It’s a simple business. We open up, check the stock, and start the day. There’s no big corporate strategy here, we just help whoever walks through the door. It’s been our routine for years and we are used to the pace of Perambur. It’s a good neighborhood to be in if you like being where the action is.
