Reliance Communication

You can find our Reliance Communication outlet at the Kala Flats in Ashok Nagar. We are in units G1 and G2 at number 94. It is a nice spot right on 4th Avenue, directly across from the HDFC Bank. Since we are in a residential flat building, the vibe is a bit different than a shop in a mall. It feels more like a part of the neighborhood. People from the nearby apartments walk over to pay their bills or ask about new data packs. We also have some of the latest handsets on display if you want to see them in person. The shop is clean and we have a few chairs for people to wait while we process their paperwork or activate a new SIM. It’s usually just a couple of us working here. We spend a lot of time on the computer filing applications or checking network issues for customers who come in. It’s not a very loud place, except when the traffic on 4th Avenue gets heavy during rush hour. We don't try to push anything on people; we just answer the questions they have when they come in. Being right opposite the bank makes us very easy to find. We've been at this location for a good while and we've gotten to know the regular people who come in every month to settle their accounts. It is a steady, quiet kind of business.
