Pearls Trading Associates

We are located at 27/14 on the second floor of the 4th Lane in Shastri Nagar. Adyar is a nice part of town, and being tucked away in the lanes makes it a little quieter than the main roads. Pearls Trading Associates has been running from this spot for a good bit of time. The office isn't very big, and we’ve definitely filled it up with all sorts of things over the years. There are stacks of paper on almost every flat surface, and the shelves are pretty much at capacity. It’s a lived-in space. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. People usually find us by looking for the right door in the lane. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or typing away on keyboards that have seen a lot of use. It’s not a corporate environment by any means. We talk to each other across the room and usually have lunch together at our desks. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise every day. We just focus on the trading side of things and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. It’s a simple life here in Adyar. No one wears suits, and we don't have any big meetings. We just do our jobs and try to do them right.
