Sai Cloud Foods & Beverages Llp is located over at No.22 on Andiappa Kramani Street in Royapuram. It’s a busy little area and we’ve been operating out of this space for some time now. Since we are a cloud food setup, you won’t see a big dining room or anything like that here. It’s mostly just us in the back handling orders and getting drinks and food ready to go out. Royapuram is a crowded part of town, so there is always a lot of movement on our street. We spend most of our time looking at order screens and packing things up for the delivery drivers who wait outside. It’s a lot of work and the space gets cramped when things are moving fast, but we manage. We don’t really do any fancy advertising or have big signs. Most people who know us just know the address on Andiappa Kramani Street. It’s a straightforward business where we focus on what we’re making each day. We have a small crew and we all know our roles. Sometimes the street gets blocked up with bikes, but that’s just how it is around here. We just keep the kitchen going and try to stay on top of the daily list. It’s a simple way of working but it works for us. We aren't trying to be anything huge, just a local food and beverage spot doing our daily thing in Royapuram.
