Sagtaur Universal

Sagtaur Universal is located down in Seethanancheri, which is a small village and post area. It’s quite a way out in Kanchipuram district, near Changalputtu. Being at No:23 means we see a lot of the local village life every day. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town, so it’s usually quiet out here. The air is different than in the city. We have a simple setup for the business. There’s a lot of space, but it’s mostly just functional stuff. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. Most of the time, we’re just coordinating things from this office. The village of Seethanancheri is a tight-knit place. People know who we are and what we’re doing at No:23. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit messy, but we manage to get things done. It’s a long day usually, starting when the sun comes up. We handle everything ourselves without much outside help. The building is sturdy and does the job. Tamilnadu heat is no joke, so we stay in the shade during the midday break. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s where we started. It’s not a polished corporate office, just a practical place to run Sagtaur Universal. We keep the files in metal cabinets and use old-fashioned ledgers mostly. It works for us and keep things simple. There isn't much to complain about when the work is steady.
