Saas Agro Exim Private Limited operates out of Bharathidasan Colony in K K Nagar. Our address is NO. L17A, and it’s a fairly easy place to find once you get into the colony area. Chennai is a big place, but K K Nagar has its own specific vibe that we’ve grown to like. We deal with agricultural exports and imports, which means we’re often on the phone or checking emails about shipping schedules and crop quality. It’s a lot of logistical work. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at. We’ve got our computers, some filing cabinets, and usually a few samples of what we’re currently moving. It can get a bit hectic when a big shipment is due, but we’re used to the pace by now. We started this because we knew the local market and saw an opportunity to connect with folks outside the city. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group of people who know their way around the agro business. Most of our days are spent making sure the numbers match and the goods are where they’re supposed to be. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall down the street when things get too busy. We don't use big words or try to impress people with fancy brochures. We just do the work and try to make sure everything gets where it needs to go on time. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy.
