Tulja Bhavani Agency

Our agency is located at No:4-B in the Numbal Madura Pallikuppam area. We are right on the Poonamalle High Road, so it is always very busy outside with cars and buses going past. Tulja Bhavani Agency has been in this spot for a long time. We handle different kinds of supplies and goods. The shop isn't anything special to look at. It has plain walls and some old metal shelves that we’ve used forever. We don't have a big team of people. It’s just us doing the work every day. A lot of our time is spent writing out bills and checking the stock that comes in from the trucks. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late at night, and we have to stay to get everything inside. It makes for some long days. We don't do any big advertising. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood or businesses nearby that have known us for years. We talk to them like normal people, not like we are reading from a script. If we don't have something, we just say so. We don't try to sell people things they don't actually need. The building gets a bit hot in the summer because we only have a couple of small fans, but we’re used to it. It’s a real, honest business and we just keep it moving.
