If you are looking for us, we are at No 45 S M Plaza, in Room No 1 on the 2nd floor. It’s right on Armenian Street in the Parrys area, just across from the Bank of India. Parrys is one of the busiest parts of town, so it’s always loud and crowded outside. Agrocorps Exim Ltd. has been tucked away in this room for a while. We do import and export work, mostly focusing on agricultural stuff. The office is pretty cramped because we have files and ledgers piled up everywhere. There’s usually someone on the phone arguing about a shipment or a customs form. It’s the kind of place where you have to watch your step so you don’t trip over a box. We don't have air conditioning that works all that well, so it gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons. But being in Parrys means we are close to everything we need. Most of our day is spent dealing with the ports and the local traders. We don't use big words or have meetings about some grand strategy. We just figure out how to get the goods moved. The staff here has been together for years. We know the chai wallah downstairs and the security guard at the bank. It is a gritty, busy way to make a living, but we are used to the chaos of Armenian Street and the hard work it requires every day.
