Saanthi Sea Food Limited

Our office is at 4/364, Anna Road, Palavakkam. It’s quite close to the coast, so you can always feel that salty breeze in the air. We are right on the main road, which makes it easy to find but also means there’s a lot of noise from the bikes and buses passing by. The building we are in is nothing special, just a regular concrete block with some windows that don’t always close right. Inside, it’s a mix of an office and a small processing area. We handle a lot of sea food every day, so there is a lot of cleaning and water involved. We aren’t a huge corporation with fancy titles. We are just a group of people who know a lot about fish. My desk is right by the door, so I see everyone who comes in. We have a lot of regular people who drop by just to say hello or check on their orders. The work is repetitive, sure, but we find ways to make it interesting. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall. We just try to get the work done without making too many mistakes. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment arrives, but we don't complain much. It’s just the way the sea food business works around here in Palavakkam. We’ve been at this a while and we plan to stay right here on Anna Road.
