Rsl Alloy Coating Private Limited is located at No. 764/2 B on Pillayar Koil Street. This is in Vazhthalambedu. It’s a bit of a drive out here but it’s where we have the space we need. Coating is a specific kind of process. We have tanks and racks for the parts. It’s not the kind of place you’d want to wear your best clothes to. We deal with chemicals and alloys every day. The ventilation fans are always running, creating a constant hum in the background. We have a small crew. Everyone knows their station. Some of us have been here since the doors first opened at this spot. We don't have a big HR office or a fancy breakroom. We usually just eat our lunch outside or in the small corner near the desk.
