Asian Paints Ltd

We’re located in the Dabc Avenue area, specifically at Flat No 4 in the A3 Block of Aishwaryam Phase II. It’s on the 4th Main Road in Nolambur, Chennai. Being part of Asian Paints Ltd here is a bit different because we’re tucked into a residential and commercial mix. It’s not a giant factory or anything like that. It’s more of an office and local hub. The space is practical and used for managing the local operations and paperwork. We’ve got a small team here. We aren't big on corporate polish. Our desks are usually covered in notes and lists of things that need doing. Nolambur is a nice part of Chennai to work in, though it gets quite busy during the rush hours. We don't really do much in terms of advertising ourselves. Most people know we’re here because they see the sign or they’re part of the trade. We focus on the daily tasks like coordinating deliveries and making sure the right people get the right supplies. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. We like the fact that it feels like a community here. We often go out for a quick bite at the local stalls nearby. The building is well-maintained, but it’s definitely a workspace first. We don't have any grand slogans. We just work hard, try to avoid mistakes, and head home when the job is done. It’s a steady, honest way to spend the day and we’ve been doing it this way for years.
